Elana joins the Foundation Board as President in July 2007. She was initially involved with the creation of the Foundation through her involvement with the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation Committee from May 2002-January 2005. Her initial goals for the position include a heavy emphasis on recruiting new volunteers to support Foundation activities and developing resources to accomplish challenging tasks. Elana also plans to focus on development strategies to generate significant donations with reliability and success. Elana’s leadership experience within Phi Sigma Rho also includes:
