Metrics Manager

Erika (Papendorf) Bustos went to Polytechnic University to pursue a second Bachelor�s degree in Biomedical Engineering (having received a BA in Psychology/Sociology from CUNY Hunter College in 1998.) It was at Poly that she pledged the Phi Sigma Rho colony. Unfortunately, the colony wasn't able to become a chapter, but Erika was inducted as an alumna in the Xi Chapter at Rutgers University in 2007. She currently volunteers as the Metrics Manager for the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation and is the new RFD of the East 1 Region for the 2009-2010 school year.

Erika graduated in 2007 from Colorado Technical University Online with an Executive MBA. After many years of work in the for-profit sector, she returned to the non-profit world in 2008. She currently works as the Health & Human Services Coordinator for MusiCares East region, the social services wing of The Recording Academy (the Grammys). She resides in Woodside, New York.
