Julie Hayden was initiated into Phi Sigma Rho in the spring of 2000 as a member of the Beta class at the University of Pittsburgh - Zeta Chapter. As an active member she served as Associate Educator, a member of Standards Board, Historian and Student Organization chair. In 2006 she was the Events Chair of the University of Pittsburgh - Zeta Alumnae Association, and the Chair for 2007.

Julie graduated in 2003 with a degree in Chemical Engineering. She is currently a Sales/Application Engineer with Equipment & Controls, Inc. in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. She will also be pursuing an MBA with a focus in marketing through Texas A & M's online program for the next few years.
