Midwest Region 2 Field Director Megan Whitacre
Megan Whitacre became a member of Phi Sigma
Rho in the fall of 1994 as part of the Nu class at the Ohio
State University-Beta chapter. As an active member, she served
as the Panhellenic representative as well as other positions
(it’s been long enough that she can’t remember). Megan graduated
from Ohio State in December of 1997 with a BS in Mathematics.
Megan works for Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as an
Infrastructure Specialist in Detroit, Michigan. She works
supporting a non-profit organization called Focus:HOPE. As part
of the EDS team there, Megan is the UNIX administrator, firewall
administrator, and webmaster. She currently has no plans to
pursue an advanced degree. Megan lives in Ypsilanti, MI with her
husband and two sons.
