2010 Spring Leadership Scholarship sponsored by Margaret Allen

Kelley Dickmeyer is an Alpha (Purdue) active studying Industrial Engineering. She has served as VP of Alumnae Affairs, Historical Coordinator, and President of her associate member class. Kelley is involved in leadership roles with the Indiana Greek Leadership Conference and Purdue Fall Space Day. In her Alumna Recommendation, Emily Woods writes: "Kelley is an individual who has very strong leadership abilities, a contagious attitude about everything she does, and a level of commitment to Phi Sigma Rho that is very rare. She has always been a proud sister who is eager to learn about every aspect of Phi Rho."  Kelley's mentor, Tim Duquette writes: "When she came to the University, she began 'searching for her voice' as the cliché goes, like most freshman do. She found hers very quickly. She became involved with Phi Sigma Rho (even before she arrived at Purdue) and was a great leader for her pledge class. She personally recruited a number of girls and helped to hold the class together through the trials of pledgeship."

Kelley is very appreciative of how Phi Sigma Rho has allowed her to grow. "I know that I would not be half the person I am today if it were not for Phi Sigma Rho."
