President of Alumni Affairs Nicole Mytych
Nicole
graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Chemical
Engineering in 2004. After graduation she moved to Houston,
Texas where she was employed with Dow Chemical, with whom she
co-oped with during school. Since she has been at Dow she has
worked as a Production Engineer and is currently an Improvement
Engineer. On July 2, 2007 she married her college boyfriend,
Andy in York, Pennsylvania. After their honeymoon to Italy they
settled just south of Houston. Nicole enjoys gardening, reading,
wine tasting and is currently working on a project to landscape
their backyard.
Nicole is an Alpha member of the Lambda Chapter at Penn State.
During her two years at Penn State she held various positions as
Secretary, Alumnae Rep, Corresponding Secretary, and National
Convention Co-Chair. After graduation, Nicole supported the
Lambda Chapter Alumnae Association as Spirit chair and later
served two terms as Chair. She also served as the Colony
Educator for the University of Houston Upsilon Chapter and later
became the chapter’s Alumnae Advisor.
