Cathy Chu
Catharine Chu is a alpha class member of the University of Connecticut (UConn)- Theta chapter. As an active she held many positions both
inside and outside the sorority. These included rush chair, Sergeant at Arms, Pomp Chair, and Panhellenic representative for the sorority.
She was also on Undergraduate Student Government as the Senator for the School of Engineering where she held a role on the Budget and Finance
committee and Student Activities committee. Both of these committees had direct impacts on the Greek community as a whole.
Catharine graduated from UConn in December of 2003 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and a minor in English. She currently works for
the Connecticut Department of Energy and Environmental Protection as an engineer 2 where she spends her time protecting the waters of the state.
In her spare time she enjoys many health and fitness activities, including yoga, and participating in the many wellness and pro-image events
associated. Catharine also enjoys sports, fashion, and spending time with family.
