Director - Mid-Atlantic Janine Ketter
A Pittsburgh native, Janine Ketter obtained
her electrical engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State
University in December 2006. She is currently working in
Baltimore for Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems and
participating in the Professional Development Program. While her
first assignment was in Test Engineering Systems, she is
currently doing a stretch assignment in Human Resources. A
sister in Phi Sigma Rho since her freshmen year, Janine has
always been very involved and supportive of all her sisters. She
was her associate class's vice president, corporate chair for
two years, a member of standards board, and the
sorority/fraternity social coordinator. She has also attended
three National Conventions and the 2006 LEAP Conference. Along
with her sorority duties, Janine was also very active in Penn
State's Women in Engineering Program, THON (48 hour dance
marathon for pediatric cancer), and Tapestry dance company.
Janine is looking forward to working with the sisters at Howard
as well as starting her M.S. in electrical engineering this fall
at the University of Maryland Baltimore County.
