Designed specifically for our collegiate members, this year's Leadership Conference is all about leading authentically - identifying your strengths, determining your leadership style, merging your strengths with a proven style, and testing it all through real world conflicts. Ultimately attendees should be left with the tools to be better leaders in their chapter and throughout their lives.

Featured Speakers

Dr. Allison Brownlee

Dr. Allison Brownlee is a licensed marriage and family therapist and leadership trainer who specializes in emotional intelligence, communication, and resilience in high-environments. With a doctorate in psychotherapy and a background working with military populations, clinical teams, and organizational leaders, she brings a unique perspective on how people think, feel, and perform under pressure. 

Dr. Brownlee's work focuses on helping individuals strengthen self-awareness, regulate stress, and build more effective connected relationships—skills that are essential for impactful leadership. She has extensive experience facilitating experiential trainings that translate psychological insight into practical tools leaders can immediately apply in their work.

 

Known for her engaging and interactive style, Dr. Brownlee creates learning environments where participants not only gain insight, but actively practice new ways of communicating, leading, and responding to challenges. Her approach integrates evidence-based strategies with real-world application, helping leaders build confidence, foster trust, and lead with clarity in complex and fast-paced settings.

James T. Robilotta

James Robilotta is an improv comedian, professional speaker, author, and host of podcast Diner Talks with James. He speaks to willing and unwilling audiences internationally about authentic leadership and promoting memorability. As a speaker, he is doing the two things he loves the most: causing audiences to think critically about their leadership journeys and making people laugh! His thought provoking talks are infused with self awareness and comedy stemming from his background as a trained stand-up and improv comedian. 

James loves to help people get out of their own ways to live the lives they deserve and be the leaders they are capable of becoming.

Travel Grants

New this year! To help offset the cost of attending, the Phi Sigma Rho Foundation will be sponsoring travel grants for attendees. For questions about the travel grants, including logistics and application status, please email foundation@phisigmarho.org.

Applications for travel grants for the 2026 National Conference will be submitted via Portal in the Foundation Grants folder. Applications will open around mid-May 2026 and close on June 15th 2026. Funds will be dispersed to travelers based on the availability of funds in their chapter's Chapter Fund account. Funds will be disbursed to travelers via reimbursement within 30 days after the completion of conference and after receipts are submitted to the Foundation.

Lodging

We are working on securing a group rate at a nearby hotel. Information on booking your hotel room will be shared at a later date once details are confirmed.
